WE DON'T JUST GIVE YOU A LINK. WE TEACH YOU TO CONNECT.

Becoming a great connector is a skill. These are the fundamentals.

How To Identify Opportunities

  • Listen for problems, not for buying signals.
  • Notice repeated frustration — “every year the same thing happens”.
  • Note who in your circle is at a transition: launching, expanding, restructuring.
  • Keep a simple running list of names and the problem you heard.

How To Make Introductions

  • Ask permission first. Always.
  • Explain why you thought of them specifically.
  • Keep it short — two or three sentences is enough.
  • Submit the referral only after they agree to a conversation.

What To Say

  • “You mentioned X — I know a team that works on exactly that.”
  • “Would you be open to a short conversation? No obligation.”
  • “I'll introduce you and step back — you take it from there.”

What NOT To Say

  • Never promise outcomes, timelines or prices.
  • Never present yourself as a salesperson for the service.
  • Never share someone's details without their knowledge.
  • Never mass-forward your referral link to strangers or groups.
